access to a prenatal course, personally built by me to help prepare you for what is to come in labor, delivery, and beyond
3 in-home prenatal consults shaped around the modules of the course you will walk through to help you prepare emotionally, physically, mentally, and practically
me on call from 37 weeks to delivery
labor, birth, and 2-3hrs immediately postpartum support
1 in-home or hospital postpartum check in
available via phone, text, and email for postpartum support and questions
Higher packages include specialized lactation support and professional photography services.
Lactation Services
My current lactation packages include:
2 in-home 90 minute visits with written plans of action and summaries following the appointment. Phone and text support until 6 weeks.
3 in-home 90 minute visits with written plans of action and summaries following the appointment. Phone and text support until 6 months.
