My current base package includes:
conitnuous phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy
access to numerous resources, including EBB intervention guides and more
2 optional prenatal appointments (I can accompany you to any two OB appointments of your choosing)
1 in-home prenatal session that includes an extensive review of your birth/baby plan, postpartum expectations, and nursing expectations. This is an opportunity for your birth support to make sure we are all on the same page and answer any questions you may have.

labor, birth, and 2-3hrs immediately postpartum support
1 in-home or hospital postpartum check in 1-3 days after delivery
1 virtual postpartum check in 1-2 weeks after delivery
Higher packages include specialized lactation support and professional photography services.
Lactation Services
My current lactation packages include:
2 in-home 90 minute visits with written plans of action and summaries following the appointment. Phone and text support until 6 weeks.
3 in-home 90 minute visits with written plans of action and summaries following the appointment. Phone and text support until 6 months.
